I havent got myhandy contract yet

Hi, sorry for writing in english. I have purchased an ipad air with pencil on 19th march 2023 and received it on 23rd march 2023. But I still haven't received the myhandy contract. I have already got 2 emails from o2 asking me to confirm my email but I couldn't open my handy account because of the missing contract. How long does it take to get the contract after purchase? I have only purchased the hardware not sim

I can see that your email address is verified. All your contract data should have been sent there as well. Have you looked in your spam folder?

Hi,

It wasn’t in my spam folder either. I had to call to the customer care to get info and then verify my email by creating an account. I also didn’t receive any contract paper in my postbox during that time. But after the call they sent me the contract again.

I can see that your email address is verified. All your contract data should have been sent there as well. Have you looked in your spam folder?
