Hello, I recently bought a plan “o2 Mobile Unlimited on Demand Flex”. On 07.02.25 I got an email from the o2 team saying I would receive a letter with the QR code to activate my eSIM within 6 business days. However, as of today, 14.02.25, I still haven’t received the letter.
Today, 14.02.25, I received another email confirming that my service was activated and providing my mobile and landline numbers. Unfortunately, I’m still unable to add the eSIM to my device because I don’t have the QR code.
Could you please help me resolve this issue and let me know the next steps to activate my eSIM?
