I have a question again, Can I upgrade my 7mos. old Iphone 11pro max to Iphone 12 pro max?

Hi @jennysjennifer 

 

you got your smartphone  as a separate purchase contract which is not included in your mobile service. So you may decide if you want to cancel the installment plan and pay the total amount at once and order the new device or you take a second o2 My Handy purchase plan in parallel to your existing iPhone 11. 

Please check out how much the  remaining fee of your iPhone 11 is and then feel free to make a choice.

    Hallo O2 team, 

    I have a question, I ordered Apple watch series 6 and as per condition they request me to pay 104€ before they follow up my order. Does my deposit 104€ will be deducted to amount price of the watch? Why is it I checked my status that I have to Pay 544€ the full watch price for 24months, where does my 104€ deposit goes????

    Of course, your prepayment for your APPLE WATCH S6 LTE 44 ALU SP GOLD is not lost. Before we start to debit further rates for your Apple Watch from your bank account, we first of all balance the rates with the prepayment that we received. This means that the next 3 rates will not be debited from your bank account, but we balance it with the amount that we already have from you.
