Hello!

I am an international student here in Germany and live in a dormitory. I pay 21 euros a month for o2 and would like to have access to the services it promises to offer. I haven't had any problems with the signal until yesterday and now it’s been 24 hours with not being able to connect let alone to the 5G internet but also the overall service.  

What would you advice me to do?

Unfortunately, there is currently a cell tower outage in your area. You can track the problem here: Live Check. If you enter your address there, the information will be displayed.

You can also provide your mobile phone number there to be informed of the outage via text message.

Our technicians are already informed and are working on troubleshooting. We currently have to ask for a little patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
