I have got billed by O2 for nothing

I have got billed for 4.99 euro for nothing... Please let me know why I am charged , I am attaching the bank statement. Thank you!

Did you buy a new phone? 4.99 could be the postage.

I knew that postage charge was adjusted to my phone bill, If you assure me that it’s postage charge then ok and I will delete the Screenshot

I have not yet been able to view an invoice for your customer account. Does the customer number of the direct debit match your new contract? Have you possibly made a purchase via the o2 invoice?
