Good afternoon 

I have ordered a new iPhone 15  pro max from o2 and I received it last Thursday 29 of December 

I found that the upper speaker is not working so well and it gives a distorted sound and noise 

I don’t know what should I do

you could widerrufen the contract and send the iPhone back to O2 and oder anew one.

Or you could ask for repaired.
