I got charged for a data plan but I have no data.

Hello, yesterday I Bought an M data plan and got charged for it, but the data is not available and today I got charged for a daily pack. How is this possible?

    Is it a prepaid card? Is the M package shown as active in my O₂?

    It is a prepaid and the data plan doesn't appear as active.

    It just says I got the data loop plan instead of the one I paid for.
