Hello!

I have ordered a sim card. Because i am away from home on for work i tried ordering a sim card by giving an address of a local DHL shop because my new landlord did not have my name on the mailbox. After finding out that it will not work, and that there is no tracking number for the shipment i tried to change the delivery address but could not get the english speaking operator before the card was sent.

I waited few days, but the card was not delivered and now i am again having trouble with the call center (spent my whole lunch brake on hold). So could one of the O2 staff here please help me out with having my card re-sent?

Or is there a mail address where i could ask for help? I speak very little German but Google translate helps making requests in written form...

My landlord put my name on the mailbox so i hope there will not problems this time.

Did your order a new SIM for prepaid oder a contract and when did your order it?

I ordered a O2 Free Unlimited Max Flex plan on the 14.01. on-line.

But after failing to receive the card and to have it resent, and to make any kind of contact i just sent a request for cancelation of contract on the 23.01. and ordered a card from another company.

I sent the request by mail and  fax and e-mail (in german and signed). Because i wanted to cancel the the contract prior to the 14 day deadline for on line purchases.

I have not received any confirmation of cancelation, but instead today i got a request for creating a direct debit order. If it wasn't sad it would be funny.

After my overall experience with your company and with consideration i never received the card i have no intention of paying.  So, could you please help with making sure my contract was canceled. I can provide you too with a signed request, written in German, in pdf if needed.

 

 

 


Hi, when you send it by mail an fax, i am sure, everything will be fine. You will get an answer. It just takes a little while.
