I entered the wrong address when ordering

Hello. I entered the wrong address when placing the order. The package with the device was returned, but I also did not receive the SIM card. What should I do.

Hey @Tomuh,

Is it a fixed-term contract and a MyHandy order? It might make sense to withdraw from the contract in order to take out the offer again.
