I contacted you a while ago to know the reason for the high bills and I was informed that it was the result of international calls to Lebanon and I was informed that I did not know that international calls would be paid for and I requested to close the international calls because I did not know that I could call an international number directly without any warning and I asked customer service to send a request to refund a small portion of these bills because they are very expensive but there has been no response until now
