I by accident did a direct debit top up. I received the confirmation and the top up, but I dont have a direct debit set up in my account and so I didnt pay for it, the money has not been deducted from my bank. What to do?

You will receive the top-up immediately, your bank account will be charged a few days later (approx. 5-7 days).
