i have been looking for this problem in the threads and tried everything but cannot find the solution.
i have made 2 contracts for mobilephones without SIM and i’m playing the installments all this time. Now I want to end one intsallment and pay early now. I cannot login to my account in meinO2 app also online on webpage. I have also tried with the new registration with the Vertragsnummer and the message appears you are already registered.
i want to gain access to my account so that I can see my billing information and update my billing address and everything.
please let me know how to gain access to my account. I have Vertragsnummer and Kundennummer. I never received any billing because I changed my address. Last time I logged in 2023 January.
