Hi,

 

i have been looking for this problem in the threads and tried everything but cannot find the solution. 
 

i have made 2 contracts for mobilephones without SIM and i’m playing the installments all this time. Now I want to end one intsallment and pay early now. I cannot login to my account in meinO2 app also online on webpage. I have also tried with the new registration with the Vertragsnummer and the message appears you are already registered. 
 

i want to gain access to my account so that I can see my billing information and update my billing address and everything. 
 

please let me know how to gain access to my account. I have Vertragsnummer and Kundennummer. I never received any billing because I changed my address. Last time I logged in 2023 January.

What exactly happens when you try to log in to your instalment plans? Have you tried clicking on 'Forgotten password'?

Do you know your customer number and personal identification number? Please make sure you do not enter any personal details.
