I would like to deactivate my prepaid card. I cannot manage this online from my O2. I left Germanyand O2 still cuts money from account. Could you please let me know how i can stop charging my prepaid card?Thank you!

I stopped the automatic direct debit in your account and canceled the My Prepaid L option. If you like to have the refund out of your account please fill in the form and send it back to us. The SIM card will be completely terminated after the account is balanced.
