While I can log in on the o2 website with my e-mail address without any problem, I cannot log in on my mobile phone with the o2 mobile app. Can you please help me?

Are you using the latest app version?
If you can only use an older version of the app due to your handset, please do not log in with the email address, but register again with the phone number if necessary.
You can also try deleting the cache and app data in the settings of your smartphone on Android and reinstalling the app if necessary or, on iOS, closing the app once in the task menu and then reinstalling it. In this way, faulty data will be deleted.

Hi,
I am encountering the same problem since then and up until now it says the same. I have tried deleting and re-installing the app the errors is the same. Nobody from the customer service hotline can help me and give a solution.
I hope someone can help me here.

Please always use the latest version of the My o2 app.
