I can't check my order status


Hello everyone, 

I ordered a new iPhone 13 Pro Max, I received “Auftragsbestatigung”, but the “Auftragsnummer” I received is not working, when I’m trying to check the status order through the website and try to paste the code, I can’t proceed as the “weiter” button is greyed out and the i’m unable to copy/paste the code as it is too long, could you please help me?

The “Auftragsnummer” is - XXXXX
