I can't activate my sim card

I order iphone 16pro online with sim card. When it come to my adress, I can't activate my sim card. I call your customer service and they told me that they send me a new sim card. I am still waiting, that was last week at Tuesday. My name is Djordje Ilic, my adress is Rheine, xxxxxxxxxx. Thank you
