I can not receive SMS

Hello,

please I can send sms but i can not receive any messages, please what should I do.

 

and does O2 have an Englisch customer server to call or not??

Yes, we offer an english speaking hotline.

Do you not get any text messages at all or only certain ones? Do you have multicards? You can set which card should receive the SMS.
