I bought an iPad from o2, but I didn’t receive contract number. I checked all my emails and papers that I got from o2, but there is no contract number at all. How can I receive it?

Approximately 14 days after the iPad you will receive the invoice by post. The contract number is there.

I bought the iPad in October, it is December now. 14 days already passed.

Asked them too, they said it will be sent by post in 7 business days

As my colleagues already send the hardware invoice you will receive it after new year at the earliest. 

By the way: did you cancel the installment plan prematurely? Or is it a mistake?
