But I just activated it for you this time. So have fun :-)

Thanks for quick response but I am still not able to see the app bonus, I only received this in the month of July,later it is giving me error.

Hey @Sirsam ,

you are welcome :-)
It usually takes 1-2 hours untill you can see the bonus I refreshed for you.
You’ll also get a notification via SMS.
Or do you mean that you can’t see the button to book the Bonus within your app?

I alreday received the SMS saying to book th app bonus. (You are correct)But I did not see the option to book the app bonus in my app.

Hello Jessi,

I have activated once in the month of July 2022, later I did not see that app bonus in my app. 

I still have the same problem that , I can not see the option and can not opt the app bonus.

@o2_Jessica @o2_Matea Can you please do it now as well, and please  fix for all the months. Still I am not able to opt for app bonus.

Hi @Sirsam,
the app bonus can be booked every 28 days for prepaid cards. According to this post, you have recently booked the app bonus, so you have to wait a few more days before it can be booked again.

@o2_Larissa I haven't booked the app bonus since last 3 months. When I click to the SMS, IT opens only the o2 app , and it is not showing options to book app bonus.

I do not see option to activate it from My O2 app.
Can you kindly share steps to enable it from My o2 online portal?

Hello @Onto3880 ,

you should have a “Meine Angebote” tab similar to how you do in the App itself. Please report back to us if you could also not book the App Bonus through the mein o2 portal.

on November the 3rd o2_Matea had refreshed the App Bonus for you. 🙂This is the reason why you cannot activate the Bonus at the moment.
