@o2_Maria - can you please help me now? I just want you to help me subscribe to 999.00GB o2 my prepaid max since I clicked the unsubscribe or cancel button. And as far as I know, cancellation can still be done within 14 days from the subscription date, so if you couldn't help me get my prepaid plan back, the amount should be refunded to my account.
