I ordered a new prepaid SIM card approximately a week ago. Three days later, I got an email that it was being delivered. I still have not received it. I have some doubts about delivery because the order form had only street and building number fields and I couldn’t specify my apartment. How can I clarify the situation?

who did the email come from? Or is it about you being asked to carry out an identification check?
Hi boomer!
I ordered a SIM card to replace the lost one keeping the same number. So I wasn’t asked to identify myself. I only received the auto emails from no-reply@o2.de
The SIM card will be delivered to you next week. After receiving it, you still have to activate it.
Is it possible to specify my flat number to make it easier to find my mailbox/apartment?
What is identification supposed to look like?
No, it's not possible. The letter will reach you soon. Identification is not necessary - it's just a replacement card and not a new prepaid contract.
Hello @ivt,
welcome back to the o2 community.
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change the address afterwards. Please let us know if the letter has already reached you. :)
