how to directly chat with humans and skip AI bot

Service chats are blocked by Aura which keeps asking me to login. I logged in, it didn't work. I also opened a new chat after lo went in, it did n't work.  Is there any method where I can skip aura and directly chat with human?

    You will have to wait a moment; it takes a little while for a staff member to join the chat.
