Hi,

I have made an order for the post paid SIM from O2, Its been more than 20 days but the order status is still in delivery how do I contact the O2 customer care?

have you managed to get a hold the cards or to get in touch with us via phone or chat?

If not, please contact us to order a new SIM and to lock the “old” one, just in case it got in the wrong hands.
