How do I change the language to English for the SMS's which I receive (from o2) and the voice mail?

I have currently 2 voice mail which I want to hear but unable to as I am not able to understand what it says.

    Hi @surag1986 ,

    sorry for the long wait. ☹️ You can change the language of the voice mail by calling 333 (your mailbox), then wait 10 seconds and type 9 (wait 5 sec.), type 5 (wait 5 sec.) then 2. This option will change the language into english. ☺️



    Unfortunately the messages via SMS aren't changeable to english.
