How do I cancel my sim contract as I've left Germany and moved back to the UK?

I left Germany earlier in March and would like to cancel my sim contract with O2. I currently am paying for a sim and my handy contract but was wondering how to just cancel the sim?

That’s all good thank you both. Just one quick question about sending the deregistration certificate of my present place of residence in Germany: I wasn’t able to get registered in Germany so I don’t have a deregistration certificate. Shall I include this information in the letter?

Without deregistration it's not possible to cancel the Sim contract earlier.

But I was never registered, so I couldn’t be deregistered. Is there something else I can provide?

Then you can cancel it everytime to the end of 24 month period only.
