I want to download invoices with all the payments I have made towards o2 from 2017 till today. Why is this hidden in our prepaid portal? who can send them to me per email?

our bs0 just said it right, we are not able to store it longer than three months. I am sorry!

We are also just able to send you what you see at the portal.
