how can i get sim without volte/vowifi for smartphone?

for some special reason, i need sim with volte/vowfi, but can use voice call, sms, mms and  internet.

how can i get this kind sim?  can you deactive the volte/vowifi function of prepaid or postpaid sim?

both prepaid and postpaid sim I have.

With good smartphones you can switch off WLAN calling, VoLTE and RCS. These are pure device settings and make less sense on the provider side or via SIM.

I moved your post to the appropriate English section.

This is impossible for every SIM on Telefonica/o2 network, VoLTE/WiFi Call does not have a switch on the network-side like you can’t opt of 2G or 3G calls on this side. May I know your special reason, maybe there is a different solution.

Why not? However, it is not a meaningful question to a consumer forum, but should be requested as a business letter from o2.
