how can i get my PIN/PUK without meinO2 account

Hello, 

I turned my phone off and when I turned it back on it requested my PIN number. 
I can not find the card where my chip came to check the number. I tried following the instructions on retrieving the puk number through the site, but it looks like it needs to have an account with the phone number linked.

I tried to make this account, but it sends a password to the sms and as my phone is locked, I can not access that sms.

Here in our o2 Community we do not privide the PIN or PUK.

@tearsbeforecryinggave you the right informations. You can eiter user our Hotline (here you need your four-digit personal customer ID) or you can go to a shop, where you need your IDcard.

Call the o2 customer care (Support in English available): www.o2.de/kontakt or visit an o2 shop with your valid ID.
