I order for an Apple IPad Air. Last month July, the Geschäftskunden says it comes with 20GB and 3GB SIM cards. I am already an O2 subscriber which means I already have a o2 since over 17months now. Please I don’t need the SIM card but the iPad. Please how can I cancel this contract.

Please be aware that you need to fulfill the minimum duration of 24 months. The cancellation needs to arrive at the latest 3 months before the 24-month-duration ends.
