hotspot connection issues

I've recently got a hotspot 3g and 5g device but it won't connect to the Internet. I've activated the sim card on o2.spot but it still says no Internet connection.

    Which lamp do you mean exactly, that of your homespot? 

     

    Did you already check our livecheck ?
