HomeSpot Wlan green and not working

Hi All,

 

My homespot wlan led lamp is green and all others are blue. O have no internet connection over day. Can you please help me to solve the problem. Reboot is not helping

Hello @LaGrido, welcome at our community. Nice to have you here. I am very sorry to let you wait so long.

When the lamp is green it means that the connection is bad. Please try to change the position/place of the HomeSpot, maybe to window, and change the Wifi-Channel.

Please have a look at this Thread. I know this in german but maybe it can help you to.
