Hello. 

this morning I received the homeSpot router which I have configured according to the instructions (and also a video). The problem is that it doesn’t work. In the configuration page I get “

Mobilfunkverbindung: Nicht verbunden

I tried a reset, but It didn’t work.

I wanted to get in contact with the support, but I am not able to give the phone number associated with the contract as it’s not written anywhere. 

What should I do? Thanks in advance.

Maybe there was an Update for the HomeSpot. So you have to reenter the SSID and PIN. Can you do this?

One thing you can try is to put the SIM in your Smartphone and deactivate the PIN-query for the SIM.
