I would like to ask how many days (normal) is the activation period for the Homespot Internet.

Nice that you decided for a Homespot-contract. 

 

The normal duration of the delivery of the sim-card for our o2 My Home LTE/4G-contracts is only 3-5 days. After activation of the sim-card within 24 hours, you can begin surfing in the mobile Internet.

The sim came in 2 days , activated , i put it in a giga cube b528 and is working great! Thank you.

One last question @o2_Tobias , now I have 2 mein o2 accounts . One for my prepaid mobile and one for homespot. Is it possible to combine them and have them under one account?

It is not possible to merge o2 prepaid and o2 postpaid accounts, I am sorry. :confused:

Hello again,

One more question. I add also a mobile contract (the s21 utra offer). As I understood the are  2 different bills now in different dates(one for my home and one for my handy).I think its not possible to combine them , correct?

Also do we have a discount having 2 contracts?

I checked this matter for you. Your mobile contract and the My Home are summarized to one billing account and the installment plan for your device to another one.

The o2 My Handy purchase contract can’t be put to the other contracts because it is a installment loan from an inhouse bank. 

You got a discount on the mobile plan for combining with the hardware device. Other discounts can’t be granted.
