Hi, in the contract termination form what does "Rufnummer" stand for?

Hi, I’ve used the online form to terminate my contract and I will now send it by fax too, but I was wondering what “Rufnummer” stood for. I put my mobile phone there, is it correct?

If the mobile number is the phone number you like to cancel, than it is correct, if you like to cancel the phone number.

Hello @imnotike ,

the “Rufnummer” is as schluej already explained the phone number that you want to cancel. And as I’ve already told you in your other thread your contract is going to be deactivated.
