Help me fast please. Last monday i ordered a sim card, i didnt get any email

Last monday i ordered a sim card  from o2 on website. I worte every informations i needed to but i used my friend’s number because i havent had german number yet. The website showed me that my order was finished but i didnt get any email or be taken money from my bank account.

You can ask but a shop probably can't help you in this case. Maybe a friend can lend you their phone so that you can call? Perhaps you just mistyped the email address.

So, last Monday you placed an order online for a mobile phone contract and provided your email address but a friend's contact number, correct? The contact number has nothing to do with it. Did you not receive any emails from us? Not even a confirmation of receipt or anything similar?

Did you check your spam folder?

I checked everywhere i could with my email and i just want to know if my order has been successfully confirmed or if my contract has already started. So i can know should i wait for the order or should i go to any of your store and sign one.

@ThomasTran It's unfortunate that you haven't received an email from us yet 🤔 Please call our customer service hotline tomorrow to inquire about your order. We are unable to look into this from here, as your community account is not linked to an active customer account with us.

@o2_Kathi Sorry but can i just go to a store and ask them to check it? I dont have a number in germany and my number from hometown doesnt work here.

@ThomasTran I also think you may have mistyped your email address, because we should have sent you at least one piece of information by email. Yes, you can also visit one of our stores, but I can't guarantee that they will be able to help you with this issue 🤔

Would it be possible for you to call us from another phone?
