Help, apparently my bank details are not prefilled in

Hi there, 

I recently got a letter from O2 stating that my payment details/bank details are not pre-filled in my profile but when I log in, my bank details are already there. 

Is this something wrong with the system at all?

Did you recently order a new contract with o2?

 

If this is the case, we need a SEPA from you in order to continue to debit the open amounts from your bank-account. Please fill out the following SEPA-document: SEPA
