have a cancelled contract still being charged / Contract cancelled


 I have a cancelled unlimited data for younger people contract within 10 days and still being charged Hello What’s going on even though i was on the phone with the O2 costumer service And they told me they confirmed my cancellation and today i just see 43.54€ charged on my Bank account! I need help asap

Moin,

first you made the contract online or in a shop?

Only online contracts have the 14days Widerrufsfrist.  

Second if you would like to use this 14days Widerrufsfrist than you should not cancel the Contract!

Cancel (Kündigen) means the contract will end at his runtime! With in the 14 days you have to use „Widerruf“ if you like to terminate the contract before is runtime, with in the 14 days!

Hello sir I just received a post that says i should pay 68.08  For the 10 days i used and u thought when i see my contract was Canceled but still I’m receiving this post I Need help real quick please.
