Hardware Extra not delivered


Hi Team,

I have bought Google Pixel 7 Pro with an O2 contract during Black Friday sale. And I have been offered Google Pixel Buds Pro as Hardware extra.

As per the registration for HardwareExtra, it was supposed to be delivered after 19 Dec 2022. But there is no update from O2 regarding the same, and upon checking with the O2 store they said they can't help me in any way.

 

And previous discussions shows that people have waited for almost a year before getting their products. I don't know what to do in this scenario.

Don't worry, it won't take a year for the supplement to ship. 
I have now asked my colleagues in the specialist department when the add-on will be sent out.

Hello Maria,

I understand that but still we don't know when the devices will be available to be delivered. It would have been helpful to have am approximate timeline to that, as when I contacted to O2 store they simply said that it is not O2 responsibility. Doesn't sound very helping when you are new customer of any service provider.

Looking forward to get device soon.

in fact, it is so that we do not have a schedule here, for the delivery of the hardware extra.
As soon as we receive the delivery, we send it out to our customers. So we can only ask for patience.
