Handover from prepaid to contract

Hi team,

Last monday i have signed new 24 minth contract to and agreed to take my old prepaid number. Then i have received sms that on 27th, the handover will be proceeded. However, now my old sim is deactiviert. But when i insert new sim it is different number. How to solve it?
