Dear O2 community, I received my monthly bill Auguest from 28.07.2023 to 27.08.2023,which
included € 9.99 for a monthly Gymondo Fitness flat rate. Strangely enough, I never had the Gymondo app or booked such a subscription. I only discovered that the amount is on my monthly bill, although I don't know anything about it. I have read about the same case several times now. I ask that the subscription be cancelled as soon as possible and that the amount be refunded.

I was happy to look it up for you, the Gymondo subscription has since been canceled and our colleagues from customer service have already credited the fees.

I was happy to check your booked options and have canceled the unwanted Gymondo subscription immediately.

The fees already charged will be credited to your next invoice.
