Guthaben code is already used

If you bought the code in the shop, only the persons there can answer why the code already has been used. Maybe there is a mistake?

I really don’t know. From the first try of coding it in, it said it was used already. I checked the S/N and compared with the receipt, it was all matched. I’ve been toppinh up my prepaid sim from the last two months, this is the first time the code didn’t work.

I would like to make an update on my post. So I went back to the O2 store today where I bought the recharge card. To make the long story short : Yes, it was used already, as confirmed by a customer service. The store personnel phoned the customer service and the customer service said according to the serial number of the purchase, it was already used by another number (ending in 783 - if I remember it correct). The store personnel asked me if I have or knew a number with this ending and I said no. I only have two contact numbers both from O2, one postpaid and one is a prepaid sim card. And I also have a home spot at home. I bought the recharge card from them last saturday around 5pm and it was loaded to another number a couple of minutes just after I bought it. I can assure you (dear readers) that the code was secured in my bag and nobody touched or seen it except me. The store personnel advised me to call the customer service again to ask what happened, was there a mishap or something, but…

I’m upset, frustrated, and disappointed. It felt like I just threw a €20 away.

Ich habe am 19.08.2023 (nur letzten Samstag) ein 20 € Prepaid- Guthaben gekauft, ich habe heute versucht, mein Telefon aufzuladen, und es heißt, dass der angegebene Code bereits verwendet wurde.

Ich ging in den O2-Laden, wo ich den Code gekauft habe, aber das Ladenpersonal sagte mir, ich solle morgen zurückkommen, weil er nicht weiß, was er tun soll. oder er hat keine Ahnung, warum.

Ich hoffe, dass ich hier eine Antwort oder eine Lösung erhalten würde.

Ich möchte meinen Beitrag aktualisieren. Deshalb bin ich heute noch einmal zum O2-Store gegangen, wo ich die Aufladekarte gekauft habe. Um es kurz zu machen: Ja, es wurde bereits verwendet, wie ein Kundendienst bestätigte. Das Ladenpersonal rief den Kundendienst an und der Kundendienst teilte mit, dass laut der Seriennummer des Kaufs diese bereits von einer anderen Nummer verwendet wurde (Endung 783 – wenn ich mich richtig erinnere). Das Ladenpersonal fragte mich, ob ich eine Nummer mit dieser Endung habe oder kenne, und ich sagte nein. Ich habe nur zwei Kontaktnummern von O2, eine Postpaid-Nummer und eine Prepaid-SIM-Karte. Und ich habe auch einen Home-Spot zu Hause. Ich habe die Aufladekarte letzten Samstag gegen 17 Uhr bei ihnen gekauft und sie wurde ein paar Minuten, kurz nachdem ich sie gekauft hatte, auf eine andere Nummer aufgeladen. Ich kann Ihnen (liebe Leser) versichern, dass der Code sicher in meiner Tasche war und niemand außer mir ihn berührt oder gesehen hat. Das Ladenpersonal riet mir, den Kundendienst noch einmal anzurufen und zu fragen, was passiert sei, ob ein Missgeschick passiert sei oder so etwas, aber…

Ich bin verärgert, frustriert und enttäuscht. Es fühlte sich an, als hätte ich gerade 20 € weggeworfen.
