Gratis Pixel buds with Google pixel 6

I have bought pixel 6 from O2 on february 14 2022, since there was an existing offer, the free buds.I cross-verified with the employee at shop too, he told me I can order it free after the return period is over, and after returning  period is over, I couldn't find any option to order the buds. Now at the end I tried in different way, but I am not getting the gratis, now I am like fooled. What can I do?
