Got my handy but not the sim card

Hello today I received my iPhone 13 Pro today after 5 days that i placed my order with online purchase but inside there wasn't any SIM card. Its partner contract. I visited o2 shopping but they didn't want to help me. Could someone please help me?

    Hi @BaSiLlhs ,

     

    Bollermann is correct 😊 The SIM should follow in a few days. Since the card will be sent out via Deutsche Post, there’s no tracking available for the letter with the SIM. If the card does not show up within the next few days, please let us know; we’ll gladly check out the alternatives at hand.
