Getting no help in number protability


I have been trying to port my number. I am a pre paid customer. I sent the filled and signed opt-in form two times. I kept sufficient balance in my account. Now , whenever my new provider sends request to O2, the porting request gets rejected. Could you please let me know the reason. I am really not getting any help since last week of june 2021.

@Suman Mitra You can set the opt-in option (Rufnummermitnahme) by yourself over the mein o2 service app. Please control if it really set.

 

Is this option available in mein O2 web version? I don’t have app and I can not install it as my number is already deactivated.

@Suman Mitra Its only work in the o2 App for iOS or Android. If your number already deactivated it looks not good for you. Did you live in Germany. If yes call tomorrow the English hotline.

Finally it was in process. On 28th July it will be activated at my new provider’s network.
