Hello there.

I need some assistance with an issue that is not clear to me. It's about my Handyvertrag Ratenplan. Kindly let me know how to go about it.

If you are registered here with your mein o2 Account then the moderators can access your customer details. In that case you just need to explain what the issue is. That is the only way to start a dialogue here.

The alternative is to either call customer services or submit your request in writing.

 I have been following up some issues concerning my handy vertrag and the "Ratenplan" but something just does not add up and i would kindly ask you to look into it and clarify.

I received a letter from o2 dated the 03/08/2021 telling me that they have not been able to take my monthly installment for the phone from my account, which is €37,50 for the month of July obviously. So, i was supposed to pay the 37,50 normal monthly instalment plus €5,20 gebuhren which totals to €42,70. I made an instant transfer of €42,70 to the IBAN that was provided on the letter on thursday night. Now from here, the issue is supposed to be closed. Fine.

The normal monthly instalment that i pay for the phone is usually deducted from my Bank Account on the 22nd of every month according to the statements from my bank. Now, when i look at my O2 APP, i see that i still have €5,20 gebuhren to pay for the month of August. How is it possible that i still have €5,20 gebuhren to pay for August and the payment date has not yet passed? My Handyvertrag ends on 15/09/2021 which means i have only 2 months remaining and €75 to pay. And if you look at the Ratenplan on the o2 App, it shows that i still have 4 months remaining for the contract to end, which does not make sense at all.
