Gebuchtes Datenpaket. Zahlung abgebucht, Daten nie erschienen.

Dies geschieht jetzt zum zweiten Mal. Ich habe meinen aktuellen Datentarif abbestellt, neues Guthaben hinzugefügt und dann versucht, einen neuen Smartphone-Datentarif zu abonnieren. Der Betrag wurde abgebucht, aber es wurden keine Daten angezeigt? 

Was ist zu tun?

Hi @nasir.shinnx ,

 

the “Allnet-Pack” came first, since it was already queued, therefor using the money which wasmeant for the pack M.

I’ve refunded the costs for that pack. The funds should become available within the next couple of days.

It happened on 25th March. I waited for 24 hours and then on 26th loaded new credit of 15€ and subscribed smaprtphone M package again.

Hi Kurt!

Thank you very much. Can you please forward it to tech team as this is a common problem and happened to me twice before this instance. Also once with my wife for which now I don’t remember the dates. But its a permanent problem and maybe it has some solution. Please escalate it to technical department so they can fix it.
