Fraud Transaction From MBE Fightclub

It seems there is a fraud/scam happening right now with O2 users. Recently I received an SMS about this Fightclub stuff and I never paid attention to it nor click the link. I ignored it and then next is that it already sent me welcome message. I still ignored it because I know it is a fraud/scam message. I did not worry because I did not do anything. To my surprise, I was already charged a membership fee not only 1 but 4 times. That easy, my account has been compromised and was charged directly. I felt the security level is a weak and to me it is very ALARMING!!!!!!!!

I reported right away to O2 via email. They have not responded yet. Let see how it goes. I requested for a refund as well because this is a clear weakness in the security.

Moin Moin,

please activate the Drittanbietersperre in Mein O2 portal!

And read this https://www.bundesnetzagentur.de/DE/Vportal/TK/Aerger/Faelle/Drittanbieter/start.html

Email to what address? Customer service has no email address. You should use the contact form.

In your invoice you should find the contact details for the provider. Send a complaint to the provider directly.

Welcome @MrBrown19, it's great to read you here in the community. If I understand correctly, the complaint has not yet been resolved?

Have you contacted us (via the contact form?) and the service provider?

I have just logged a complaint about the service for you, and I'm sure we'll find a solution 👍

Best regards,

Katja 🦋

Hello Katja,

Thanks for the reply. Yes, not yet resolved. I called the customer service and went to a physical shop but all I got was it is up to me to resolve it because it is a third party and they could not resolve it. To me I find it silly. I even asked if O2 can stop the monthly payment but it was also to be done by myself to contact this third party to stop collecting money from me.

Thank you for logging the issue for me and yes I hope we could find a solution.
