the difference can be seen in the “Verbindungen”, the connections (of the Number ...63), those account for 29,42 € excluding taxes.
Please take a look at the “Einzelverbindungsnachweis”. In the App, click on the Button “Rechnungen and choose “Einzelverbindungen”. There, every connection outside of your flat will be listed and is also accessible as pdf-download.

the SMS were being sent to a different country. Your tariff only has a flat for national SMS.
Do you recognize the number? There has been quite a few cases where apps has been involved. We do have a site, which explains it a bit better:

We also have one right here in the Community:
We don’t host english versions of those website at this time, I’m afraid.
If you find yourself being in the unfortunate position of having an app like that installed, or have received one those mentioned SMS, please take the necessary steps to secure your device and let us know here.

I understood which sim card has been charged with extra sms service cost. I am just trying to figure out where the sms was sent.

Unfortunately it looks like lost some bucks and can't recover.

My contract with o2 started on 27 April 2022 for a Homebox wireless internet at 34,99 per month. I got a bill of 46 euros and 164 euros within April 27 2022 and June 2 2022.
I can’t imagine why o2 charged this amount, isn’t it outrageous by industry standards, I rent the router, if I’m buying the router, how much is a router? A contract read 34,99, you have charged over 200 euros within a month?

Have you registered your contract to mein o2? You can access a detailed bill that shows all individual points that you are being charged for. The first bill for a HomeSpot contract could be higher than the normal monthly fee because it potentially includes additional one-time fees like shipping and the like. The dates for the bills don’t really fit together though for a single contract, do you maybe have more than just the HomeSpot one?
