Extra charges in my bill other than the usual bill of 11.49 euro

I received a bill of 14.71 instead of 11.41 for the month of January and it says I have been charged 3.22 for Verbindungen & Services and I do not know why I have been charged this. Could you please let me know why and if this charges will incur every month?

Do you have an itemised bill? If not, did you call a number abroad or a non-geographical / service number, send MMS or pay for something with your phone?

In your itemised bill you can see which connections you were charged for. Have you had a chance to look inside?
