extra charges in bill

I have 20 euro extra charges in bill on the name of “Verbindungen & Services” charges. i am unable to get this. as i am English speaking, unable to get connected through Hotline too. please let me know whats the charges

If you have a modern tariff with an allnet flatrate to German landline and mobile numbers there are just extra costs by calling service lines or for calls abroad.

Please check the itemized bill as @stefanniehaus suggested.
